A news story out of Las Vegas came across my social media feeds last week. Thankfully nobody was hurt, including the operator. I don't know all the details, but it brings to mind a conversation I often have with our customers. "Why do you need to see our facility or worksite? We just want a quote." Our sales professionals will almost always insist on visiting the location where your equipment will be used to take measurements, things like overhead clearances and aisle widths, before issuing a quote. Specifying the correct equipment for the job will have your fully trained operators focused on being productive instead of avoiding collisions with your product, racking and facilities.
